It's a mine of wealth, a paradise of glory, and a river of pleasure. It will reward the greatest labor, and condemn all who trifle with its sacred contents. It is a book of books, God's book. The revelation of God to man. My heart to listen, inexpectance be. Speak, O blessed master, in this quiet door. Thy faith, Lord, will my touch the power. For the words thou speakest, they are life in me. Bingred from heaven, now my spirit is me. O Lord, listen to my prayers. Give me the common sense you promised. Hear my prayers, rescue me as you said you would. I praise you for letting me learn your laws. I will sing about their wonder, for each of them is just. Stand ready to help me, because I have chosen to follow your will. O Lord, I have longed for your salvation, and your law is my delight. If you will let me live, I will praise you.
