Otherwise you may have a house and think all is well, but one day the doorpost totters and the rafters come down with a crash. You discover as you look at the timbers, that they've been hollowed out by the termites. Secret sins in our lives are very much like the work of termites. They weaken our Christian character and testimony. The writer in the Psalms knew of this problem in his life. He prayed, But how can I ever know what sins are lurking in my heart? Cleanse me, O Lord, my rock and my Redeemer. Thank you.
